Art, mirrors, curtain rods, window shades, and shelving. Done level, done right, holes patched if needed.
TV Mounting
All sizes, all wall types including brick and tile. Cable management available.
Ceiling Fan Installation
New installations and replacements. If there is no existing fan box, that can be assessed during booking.
Light Fixture Replacement
Swap out any fixture for a new one. Pendant lights, flush mounts, vanity bars, chandeliers.
Plumbing Fixture Replacement
Faucets, showerheads, toilet hardware, and other fixtures outside the wall. No pipe work.
Outlet and Switch Replacement
Replace worn, outdated, or non-functioning outlets and switches. GFCI upgrades included.

The complicated jobs most handymen will not take. This is where I am at my best.

Flat-Pack and Kit Assembly
Furniture, pergolas, greenhouse kits, playsets, trellis systems. The builds that come in ten boxes with a hundred steps. Most handymen avoid them. I take them on because I am good at them.
If it has instructions, I will follow them completely. If the instructions are wrong, I will figure it out. This is the work I am most proud of.
Multi-Day Build Projects
Complex structures that require multiple sessions to complete correctly. Quoted by conversation based on scope.
Wallpaper Installation
Precision work that rewards patience and attention to detail. Accent walls, full rooms, and everything between.
Pricing
$100/hr
Hourly rate
$150
Minimum charge
No surprise quotes. No nickel-and-diming. For multi-day or larger projects, we have a quick conversation first so everyone is aligned before any work starts.
What I do not take on: Major remodels, HVAC, major electrical panels, or plumbing inside the wall. Simple rule: if it is outside the wall, ask me about it.
